The 3rd international sebaceous gland and acne congress will focus on recent studies on basic researches, clinical researches, treatment and new techniques in Pilosebaceous gland, Acne, Rosacea and other related disorders. 1. 注冊(cè)費(fèi)包括：會(huì)議費(fèi)、資料費(fèi)及餐費(fèi)。
2.2016年7月20日之前未向會(huì)務(wù)組提交注冊(cè)表和匯款憑證，或只提交注冊(cè)表但未繳納會(huì)議費(fèi)的代表請(qǐng)直接到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)到注冊(cè)。
取消注冊(cè)與退款規(guī)定：已交費(fèi)代表若取消注冊(cè)和住宿預(yù)訂，請(qǐng)以傳真方式書面通知會(huì)務(wù)組，會(huì)務(wù)組將按照規(guī)定在會(huì)后通過(guò)郵局辦理退款。取消注冊(cè)說(shuō)明：根據(jù)規(guī)定，2016年7月20日前提交取消注冊(cè)申請(qǐng)的，扣除匯款的10% 作為手續(xù)費(fèi)，退還余款；7月20日后提交取消注冊(cè)申請(qǐng)的則不予退款，敬請(qǐng)諒解。

登陸會(huì)議網(wǎng)站：http://www.icsgad.com ，完整填寫注冊(cè)信息（網(wǎng)絡(luò)不便者可填寫本通知所附的《回執(zhí)表》），按照要求填寫完整后于2016年7月20日前通過(guò)傳真或郵寄的方式遞交至?xí)?wù)組。每張注冊(cè)表僅限注冊(cè)一人，表格復(fù)印有效。
2. 注冊(cè)確認(rèn)函
會(huì)務(wù)組收到注冊(cè)表及匯款憑證復(fù)印件20個(gè)工作日內(nèi)向您的電子郵箱發(fā)出“注冊(cè)確認(rèn)函”，對(duì)注冊(cè)情況予以確認(rèn)。如果您于會(huì)前未收到“注冊(cè)確認(rèn)函”，請(qǐng)聯(lián)系我們。
3. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)到
注：參會(huì)時(shí)，請(qǐng)您憑大會(huì)發(fā)放的“注冊(cè)確認(rèn)函”前往上海賓館（上海靜安區(qū)烏魯木齊北路505號(hào)）1層注冊(cè)區(qū)報(bào)到、領(lǐng)取會(huì)議資料，并辦理住宿手續(xù)。若會(huì)前未收到“注冊(cè)確認(rèn)函”或因匯款未到賬，則請(qǐng)務(wù)必?cái)y帶匯款憑證前往辦理相關(guān)報(bào)到手續(xù)。
